2/21/12

Today was a very cool day of weather, this morning started out very winter like. I came outside to about two inches of snow and the temperature being in the low 30's. But as the day progressed the cold front moved through MN and western WI and combined into an occluded front. As it passed through the weather changed drastically, the winds went from being breezy from the ESE to coming in strong from the SW and the temperature spiked up to nearly 40ºF. At that time the snow began to melt and the cloud cover partially cleared up. Currently it is 34ºF out with winds from the W. Tomorrow you can expect more snow but with temperatures rising above 40ºF for the day.
