4/18/12

We were briefly hit by a mid latitude cyclone last night and this morning, there was some rain dropped on us and a few thunder claps, but as the system spawned a occluded front, you could see the system run out of energy. Today the high was  around 64ºF and it was nice once the sun peeked through the clouds around 11am this morning. The wind changed directions from the South primarily in the morning, to NNW for the rest of the afternoon. This changed occurred after the cold front tail of the mid-latitude cyclone passed over us. Ofter it hit we got that warm dry air and a rapidly rising barometric pressure. Tomorow you can expect a much cooler day, the high will be only into the upper 40's with a good chance of showers in the evening. There will be a mediocre wind from the NE throughout the day as well.
