4/30/12
Today was a slightly boring day of weather in Eau Claire. we had a High of 64ºF and winds from the SW for most of the afternoon. There was a minor amount of precipitation, 0.12 in., in the morning and some clouds lingered throughout the day. Currently it is 50ºF out with a dew point of 45ºF. The wind is hovering at around 4mph from the SE and the barometric pressure is steady at 1029.88mb. Tomorrow you can expect a wild ride, there is some high temperatures and thunderstorms in our forecast. You should see the barometric pressure dropping throughout the day as the clouds roll in. hopefully we can see some good vertical development around 8 or 9am and get those cumulonimbus clouds rolling in. Temperatures should reach into the low 70's and there will be a strong wind from the South all day long. there shouldn't be too much rain dropped on us, just some good flashes of lightning by tomorrow night.
